Drawing the 3D model…

The spin is an illustration: the model turns at 1/600 of the no-load speed, and it is a generic 0802 motor drawn from Tiny Whoop’s published sizes, not its exact design. No-load speed is KV × 3.7 V, a nominal pack for this version. Tiny Whoop publishes no bench data for it.

Version

Boost Juice, which Tiny Whoop calls its favourite, good for 2–4 minute flights (sold out when checked); the same motor is sold in copper as the Pegamoose edition.

Props
1 mm shaft on most editions; for the 1.5 mm editions Tiny Whoop suggests boring out 1 mm props with a 1.4 mm drill bit. (Tiny Whoop product page (27,000KV IGOW))
Battery
1S in 65 mm and 75 mm whoops; Tiny Whoop says the 17,500KV takes 2S outdoors. For the 27,000KV Bottle Rockets it suggests a battery pigtail with better contact than PW connectors. (Tiny Whoop product page (19,000KV Boost Juice), Tiny Whoop product page (17,500KV), Tiny Whoop product page (27,000KV Bottle Rockets))
ESC
Tiny Whoop publishes no current draw, and warns that the 27,000KV DANGER Onesies can damage a flight controller, puff a battery or overheat. (Tiny Whoop product page (27,000KV Bottle Rockets))
Frame
Three-hole base. (Tiny Whoop base photo)

Inside the motor

A brushless outrunner: the coils stand still in the middle and the magnets spin around them. From the top down:

How fast it spins

KV is the motor’s no-load speed per volt. With nothing on the shaft, the 19000KV version reaches about these speeds; a prop loads the motor and brings it down, typically to around 70–75% of these figures at full throttle.

BatteryVoltsNo-load rpm (KV × V)Electrical frequencyESC steps per second
4S nominal14.8281,20028,120 Hz168,720
4S full16.8319,20031,920 Hz191,520
6S nominal22.2421,80042,180 Hz253,080
6S full25.2478,80047,880 Hz287,280

A 12-pole rotor has 6 pole pairs, so every turn of the shaft is 6 electrical cycles, and a six-step ESC switches the phases 36 times per turn.

About the 3D model

A generic outrunner drawn from Tiny Whoop’s published sizes: the 8 × 2 mm stator and 1 mm shaft. Anything Tiny Whoop doesn’t publish is typical for a motor this size, and the bell’s spoked top, the base and the inside are a generic design, not this motor’s. The colours are read off the maker’s product photos. There are no logos or markings: it is our drawing, not the maker’s.
