5-inch FPV freestyle motor
T-Motor Pacer V2 P2306
The smoother of T-Motor's two Pacer V2 sizes, for 5-inch freestyle close to objects, in 1950KV for 5S–6S and 2550KV for 4S–6S; on T-Motor's 6S bench the 1950KV pulls 1701 g on a T5147 at full throttle.
- 5-inch freestyle close to objects (bandos, woods, streets)
- 5S–6S (1950KV) or 4S–6S (2550KV)
- T-Motor 5-inch tri-blade props
The spin is an illustration: the model turns at 1/600 of the no-load speed, and it is a generic 2306 motor drawn from T-Motor’s published sizes, not its exact design. Thrust, current and power are T-Motor’s bench figures for the T5147 prop at 24.5 V, read straight across between its throttle steps. Its data starts at 50% throttle.
- Max thrust
- 1,701 g
- T5147 prop, 24.5 V
- Weight
- 31.7 g
- with leads, 28.4 g without; the same for 2550KV
- Peak current
- 39.8 A

What it pulls
T-Motor’s own bench test, one line per prop. Drag across the chart to move the throttle; the model above follows.
At 60% with the T5147: 976 g of thrust, 15.0 A, 367 W, 2.66 g per watt.
On your quad
10.5 : 1
Thrust to weight at full throttle: four motors pull 6,804 g with the T5147 at 24.5 V.
At 60% throttle they pull 3,904 g, 6.0 times the quad’s weight.
All-up weight is the quad ready to fly, with its battery and camera. The thrust is the maker’s static bench figure; in the air it is lower.
What you get for $21.90
For smooth freestyle
T-Motor says the P2306 V2 is smoother than the P2207 V2, with fine low-throttle control and a smooth mid throttle, for knife-edge gaps, hit gaps and orbits.

Made for close flying
T-Motor's suggested places are bandos, low woods, streets and low buildings.

What changed for V2
A single winding, custom magnets, a new prop grip that T-Motor says holds the prop tightly, and a titanium shaft for lower weight.
Source: T-Motor product page
Bench data for both KVs
Thrust, current, RPM and power in 5% steps from 50% throttle; at full throttle the 1950KV pulled 1560–1701 g on 6S and the 2550KV 1207–1351 g on 4S.

What to pair it with
Our reading of T-Motor’s numbers, so your build matches what the motor was tested with.
- ESC
- Peak current over 60 s is 39.7 A for the 1950KV and 40 A for the 2550KV. T-Hobby pairs it with T-Motor's P50A 4-in-1. (T-Motor drawing and specs, T-Hobby product page)
- Props
- T-Hobby lists T-Motor's P49436. On the 6S bench the 1950KV pulled 1560 g on the T5143S, 1669 g on the T5146 and 1701 g on the T5147 at full throttle. (T-Hobby product page, T-Motor test report)
- Battery
- 5S–6S for the 1950KV, 4S–6S for the 2550KV. T-Hobby suggests a 4S 1550 mAh or 6S 1300 mAh 120C pack, for a take-off weight of about 700–720 g. (T-Motor drawing and specs, T-Hobby product page)
- Frame
- 5-inch freestyle quads, per T-Motor. Four M3 holes on a 16 mm circle. (T-Motor product page, T-Motor drawing and specs)

Inside the motor
A brushless outrunner: the coils stand still in the middle and the magnets spin around them. From the top down:
- Bell. One piece (Unibell), 28.6 mm across; champagne gold, with five curved spokes in the top whose edges are anodised orange, round a knurled hub. (T-Motor product page, T-Motor drawing and specs)
- Shaft. Titanium, 4 mm by T-Motor's table, with an M5 thread on the last 7 mm; it stands 12 mm above the bell. (T-Motor product page, T-Motor drawing and specs)
- Base. Champagne gold, with four M3 holes on a 16 mm circle; 20 AWG leads, 150 mm long. (T-Motor product page, T-Motor drawing and specs)
How fast it spins
KV is the motor’s no-load speed per volt. With nothing on the shaft, the 1950KV version reaches about these speeds; a prop loads the motor and brings it down, typically to around 70–75% of these figures at full throttle.
| Battery | Volts | No-load rpm (KV × V) | Electrical frequency | ESC steps per second |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4S nominal | 14.8 | 28,860 | 3,367 Hz | 20,202 |
| 4S full | 16.8 | 32,760 | 3,822 Hz | 22,932 |
| 6S nominal | 22.2 | 43,290 | 5,051 Hz | 30,303 |
| 6S full | 25.2 | 49,140 | 5,733 Hz | 34,398 |
A 14-pole rotor has 7 pole pairs, so every turn of the shaft is 7 electrical cycles, and a six-step ESC switches the phases 42 times per turn.
About the 3D model
A generic outrunner drawn from T-Motor’s published sizes: the 23 × 6 mm stator, 28.6 mm bell, 18 mm height, 16 mm mounting circle and 12 teeth and 14 magnets. Anything T-Motor doesn’t publish is typical for a motor this size, and the bell’s spoked top, the base and the inside are a generic design, not this motor’s. The colours are read off the maker’s product photos. There are no logos or markings: it is our drawing, not the maker’s.
