1S tiny whoop motor
T-Motor M1002
T-Motor's 1002 for 75 mm 1S tiny whoops: 2.4 g with leads and a plug-in JST connector; on 1S it pulls 35.4 g at full throttle on a Gemfan 35 mm three-blade.

The spin is an illustration: the model turns at 1/600 of the no-load speed, and it is a generic 1002 motor drawn from T-Motor’s published sizes, not its exact design. Thrust, current and power are T-Motor’s bench figures for the GF2015-2 prop at 3.7 V, read straight across between its throttle steps. Its data starts at 20% throttle.

What it pulls
T-Motor’s own bench test, one line per prop. Drag across the chart to move the throttle; the model above follows.
At 60% with the GF2015-2: 24 g of thrust, 2.1 A, 8 W, 3.01 g per watt.
On your quad
0.3 : 1
Thrust to weight at full throttle: four motors pull 188 g with the GF2015-2 at 3.7 V.
At 60% throttle they pull 94 g, 0.1 times the quad’s weight.
All-up weight is the quad ready to fly, with its battery and camera. The thrust is the maker’s static bench figure; in the air it is lower.
What you get
2.4 g with leads
T-Motor says the low weight gives precise control and a fast response.

Plug-in leads
The leads end in a JST 1.25 plug, so the motor plugs into the board; T-Motor solders them to a PCB on the base to stop them breaking off.

One-piece bell
A Unibell in blue and silver, the M series design, which T-Motor says resists crashes better.

Bench data on four whoop props
At full throttle on 1S it pulled 35.4 g on a GF35MM-3, 35.6 g on a GF40MM-2, 40.3 g on a GF1635-3 and 46.9 g on a GF2015-2.

Bench data
Redrawn from T-Motor’s test reports. Thrust is static pull on a bench, more than you get in flight. Power is volts × amps; efficiency is thrust divided by power.

Inside the motor
A brushless outrunner: the coils stand still in the middle and the magnets spin around them. From the top down:
- Bell. One piece (Unibell), 13.2 mm across, anodised blue with silver machined edges on its three forked spokes. (T-Motor product page, T-Motor drawing, specs and test report)
- Shaft. 1.5 mm by the drawing, standing 3.5 mm above the bell. (T-Motor drawing, specs and test report)
- Base. A three-lobed base with three M1.4 holes on a 6.6 mm circle; the leads are soldered to a PCB on it and run 40 mm to a JST 1.25 plug. (T-Motor drawing, specs and test report, T-Motor product page)
How fast it spins
KV is the motor’s no-load speed per volt. With nothing on the shaft, the 18000KV version reaches about these speeds; a prop loads the motor and brings it down, typically to around 70–75% of these figures at full throttle.
| Battery | Volts | No-load rpm (KV × V) | Electrical frequency | ESC steps per second |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4S nominal | 14.8 | 266,400 | 26,640 Hz | 159,840 |
| 4S full | 16.8 | 302,400 | 30,240 Hz | 181,440 |
| 6S nominal | 22.2 | 399,600 | 39,960 Hz | 239,760 |
| 6S full | 25.2 | 453,600 | 45,360 Hz | 272,160 |
A 12-pole rotor has 6 pole pairs, so every turn of the shaft is 6 electrical cycles, and a six-step ESC switches the phases 36 times per turn.
About the 3D model
A generic outrunner drawn from T-Motor’s published sizes: the 10 × 2 mm stator, 13.2 mm bell, 1.5 mm shaft, 6.6 mm mounting circle and 9 teeth and 12 magnets. Anything T-Motor doesn’t publish is typical for a motor this size, and the bell’s spoked top, the base and the inside are a generic design, not this motor’s. The colours are read off the maker’s product photos. There are no logos or markings: it is our drawing, not the maker’s.
