3-inch cinewhoop motor
T-Motor F1507
T-Motor's 1507 for 3-inch cinewhoops, in 2700KV for up to 6S and 3800KV for 3S–4S; on 6S the 2700KV pulls 838.7 g at full throttle on T-Motor's T3140 tri-blade.
- 3-inch cinewhoops
- 6S (2700KV) or 4S (3800KV)
- 3-inch tri-blade props
The spin is an illustration: the model turns at 1/600 of the no-load speed, and it is a generic 1507 motor drawn from T-Motor’s published sizes, not its exact design. Thrust, current and power are T-Motor’s bench figures for the T3140 prop at 23.3 V, read straight across between its throttle steps. Its data starts at 50% throttle.

What it pulls
T-Motor’s own bench test, one line per prop. Drag across the chart to move the throttle; the model above follows.
At 60% with the T3140: 374 g of thrust, 7.4 A, 172 W, 2.18 g per watt.
On your quad
5.2 : 1
Thrust to weight at full throttle: four motors pull 3,355 g with the T3140 at 23.3 V.
At 60% throttle they pull 1,496 g, 2.3 times the quad’s weight.
All-up weight is the quad ready to fly, with its battery and camera. The thrust is the maker’s static bench figure; in the air it is lower.
What you get
Made for cinewhoops
T-Motor's second-generation cinewhoop motor, made for 3-inch props; it says the torque gives a smoothness and control comparable to bigger 20-class motors.

Up to 838.7 g per motor
At full throttle the 2700KV pulled 838.7 g on a T3140 at about 23.3 V and the 3800KV 673.8 g at about 15.1 V. T-Motor puts the best thrust-to-weight ratio at 52.8.
M5 prop shaft
The prop mounts on an M5 × 0.8 threaded shaft standing 11.8 mm above the bell, held with an M5 lock nut; the shaft is 2 mm where it ends under the base.
What to pair it with

- ESC
- T-Motor rates peak current at 22 A (2700KV) and 23 A (3800KV) over 60 s, but its own full-throttle runs on the T3140 drew 23.34 A and 25.87 A; T-Motor benched it with its F35A ESC. (T-Motor specs and test report, T-Motor product page)
- Props
- 3-inch props, per T-Motor. Of the three tri-blades it benched, the T3140 pulled the most at full throttle and the Gemfan GF3035 was the most efficient. (T-Motor product page, T-Motor specs and test report)
- Battery
- 3S–6S for the 2700KV, which T-Motor benched on 6S; 3S–4S for the 3800KV, benched on 4S. (T-Motor specs and test report)
- Frame
- 3-inch cinewhoop frames. Four M2 holes on a 12 mm circle. (T-Motor product page, T-Motor drawing)

Bench data
Redrawn from T-Motor’s test reports. Thrust is static pull on a bench, more than you get in flight. Power is volts × amps; efficiency is thrust divided by power.

Inside the motor
A brushless outrunner: the coils stand still in the middle and the magnets spin around them. From the top down:
- Bell. 18.9 mm across, dark grey, with three swept spokes on the top, their edges machined bright. (T-Motor drawing, T-Motor product page)
- Shaft. M5 × 0.8 threaded above the bell for the prop nut, 2 mm where it ends 1.4 mm below the base, held with an E-clip. (T-Motor drawing, T-Motor specs and test report)
- Base. Four M2 holes on a 12 mm circle; 24 AWG leads, 100 mm long. (T-Motor drawing, T-Motor specs and test report)
How fast it spins
KV is the motor’s no-load speed per volt. With nothing on the shaft, the 2700KV version reaches about these speeds; a prop loads the motor and brings it down, typically to around 70–75% of these figures at full throttle.
| Battery | Volts | No-load rpm (KV × V) | Electrical frequency | ESC steps per second |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4S nominal | 14.8 | 39,960 | 4,662 Hz | 27,972 |
| 4S full | 16.8 | 45,360 | 5,292 Hz | 31,752 |
| 6S nominal | 22.2 | 59,940 | 6,993 Hz | 41,958 |
| 6S full | 25.2 | 68,040 | 7,938 Hz | 47,628 |
A 14-pole rotor has 7 pole pairs, so every turn of the shaft is 7 electrical cycles, and a six-step ESC switches the phases 42 times per turn.
About the 3D model
A generic outrunner drawn from T-Motor’s published sizes: the 15 × 7 mm stator, 18.9 mm bell, 16.5 mm height, 5 mm shaft, 12 mm mounting circle and 12 teeth and 14 magnets. Anything T-Motor doesn’t publish is typical for a motor this size, and the bell’s spoked top, the base and the inside are a generic design, not this motor’s. The colours are read off the maker’s product photos. There are no logos or markings: it is our drawing, not the maker’s.
