1S tiny whoop motor
HappyModel EX0802
A 1.7 g one-piece-bell motor for 1S whoops such as HappyModel's Mobula6: an 8 × 2 mm stator, two E-clips on a 1 mm shaft, and 29.3 g of thrust per motor on HappyModel's 3.7 V bench (19000KV, 40 mm four-blade).
- Mobula6 and Mobula6 HD
- 1S tiny whoops (19000KV, 22000KV, 25000KV)
- 1S–2S (14000KV)
The spin is an illustration: the model turns at 1/600 of the no-load speed, and it is a generic 0802 motor drawn from HappyModel’s published sizes, not its exact design. No-load speed is KV × 3.7 V, a nominal pack for this version. HappyModel’s bench tables for it step by thrust rather than throttle, so they are in the bench data below, not on this readout.

Inside the motor
A brushless outrunner: the coils stand still in the middle and the magnets spin around them. From the top down:
- Bell. One piece (HappyModel's "One-Piece Design"), held on the 1 mm shaft by two E-clips. (HappyModel product page)
How fast it spins
KV is the motor’s no-load speed per volt. With nothing on the shaft, the 19000KV version reaches about these speeds; a prop loads the motor and brings it down, typically to around 70–75% of these figures at full throttle.
| Battery | Volts | No-load rpm (KV × V) | Electrical frequency | ESC steps per second |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4S nominal | 14.8 | 281,200 | 28,120 Hz | 168,720 |
| 4S full | 16.8 | 319,200 | 31,920 Hz | 191,520 |
| 6S nominal | 22.2 | 421,800 | 42,180 Hz | 253,080 |
| 6S full | 25.2 | 478,800 | 47,880 Hz | 287,280 |
A 12-pole rotor has 6 pole pairs, so every turn of the shaft is 6 electrical cycles, and a six-step ESC switches the phases 36 times per turn.
About the 3D model
A generic outrunner drawn from HappyModel’s published sizes: the 8 × 2 mm stator, 10.5 mm bell, 1 mm shaft and 9 teeth and 12 magnets. Anything HappyModel doesn’t publish is typical for a motor this size, and the bell’s spoked top, the base and the inside are a generic design, not this motor’s. The colours are read off the maker’s product photos. There are no logos or markings: it is our drawing, not the maker’s.
