3 to 4-inch cinewhoop and 4 to 5-inch long-range FPV motor
GEPRC SPEEDX2 2105.5
A flat, 21 g 2105.5 for 3 to 4-inch cinewhoops and 4 to 5-inch toothpick and long-range quads; on GEPRC’s bench at 16 V the 2650KV pulls up to 1,304 g per motor on a GF6026.
- 3 to 4-inch cinewhoops
- 4 to 5-inch toothpicks and long range
- 3S–6S (2450KV, 2650KV) or 3S–4S (3450KV)
The spin is an illustration: the model turns at 1/600 of the no-load speed, and it is a generic 2105.5 motor drawn from GEPRC’s published sizes, not its exact design. Thrust, current and power are GEPRC’s bench figures for the GF6026 prop at 16 V, read straight across between its throttle steps. Its data starts at 50% throttle.

What it pulls
GEPRC’s own bench test, one line per prop. Drag across the chart to move the throttle; the model above follows.
At 60% with the GF6026: 690 g of thrust, 13.5 A, 215 W, 3.78 g per watt.
On your quad
8.0 : 1
Thrust to weight at full throttle: four motors pull 5,216 g with the GF6026 at 16 V.
At 60% throttle they pull 2,762 g, 4.2 times the quad’s weight.
All-up weight is the quad ready to fly, with its battery and camera. The thrust is the maker’s static bench figure; in the air it is lower.

- ESC
- GEPRC ran its full-throttle tests with a 45 A ESC. Its tables peak at 31.7 A for the 2450KV and 34.9 A for the 2650KV and 3450KV, all at 16 V. (GEPRC data table, GEPRC test infographic)
- Props
- GEPRC tested 76 mm and 90 mm ducted props (GF D76, D76*5, D90*3) and 4 to 6-inch props (GF4024R, HQT5*3R, GF5125R, GF6026). It says the 1.5 mm shaft takes most 3 to 5-inch props. (GEPRC product page, GEPRC data table)

Bench data
Redrawn from GEPRC’s test reports. Thrust is static pull on a bench, more than you get in flight. Power is volts × amps; efficiency is thrust divided by power.

Inside the motor
A brushless outrunner: the coils stand still in the middle and the magnets spin around them. From the top down:
- Bell. A one-piece 7075 rotor with an open top, anodised in two steps. (GEPRC product page, GEPRC weight image, GEPRC build image)
- Shaft. A hollow titanium alloy shaft, 3 mm inside the motor and 1.5 mm where the prop goes. (GEPRC product page, GEPRC weight image)
- Stator. 12N14P with N52H arc magnets; GEPRC calls the stator energy-saving and says it runs with little heat. (GEPRC product page, GEPRC features image)
- Base. A reinforced base, and a damping O-ring for the bearings. (GEPRC features image)
How fast it spins
KV is the motor’s no-load speed per volt. With nothing on the shaft, the 2650KV version reaches about these speeds; a prop loads the motor and brings it down, typically to around 70–75% of these figures at full throttle.
| Battery | Volts | No-load rpm (KV × V) | Electrical frequency | ESC steps per second |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4S nominal | 14.8 | 39,220 | 4,576 Hz | 27,454 |
| 4S full | 16.8 | 44,520 | 5,194 Hz | 31,164 |
| 6S nominal | 22.2 | 58,830 | 6,864 Hz | 41,181 |
| 6S full | 25.2 | 66,780 | 7,791 Hz | 46,746 |
A 14-pole rotor has 7 pole pairs, so every turn of the shaft is 7 electrical cycles, and a six-step ESC switches the phases 42 times per turn.
About the 3D model
A generic outrunner drawn from GEPRC’s published sizes: the 21 × 5.5 mm stator, 25.65 mm bell, 15.7 mm height, 1.5 mm shaft, 12 mm mounting circle and 12 teeth and 14 magnets. Anything GEPRC doesn’t publish is typical for a motor this size, and the bell’s spoked top, the base and the inside are a generic design, not this motor’s. The colours are read off the maker’s product photos. There are no logos or markings: it is our drawing, not the maker’s.
