Drawing the 3D model…

The spin is an illustration: the model turns at 1/600 of the no-load speed, and it is a generic 2207.5 motor drawn from GEPRC’s published sizes, not its exact design. No-load speed is KV × 22.2 V, a nominal pack for this version. GEPRC publishes no bench data for it.

Version

GEPRC sells it for 6S freestyle.

ESC
On GEPRC’s bench the 2750KV drew up to 45.9 A at full throttle (Gemfan 6 × 4.5 at 16 V) and 45.3 A on a Gemfan 5 × 4 × 3 at 21 V. GEPRC gives no ESC rating. (GEPRC details image)
Props
5-inch: GEPRC’s tables use Gemfan 5 × 4 × 3, 5 × 4.5 × 3 bullnose and 5 × 5.1 × 3 tri-blades, and a Gemfan 6 × 4.5. (GEPRC details image)
Battery
6S for the 1700KV and 1920KV, 4S for the 2400KV and 2750KV. (GEPRC details image)
Frame
Four M3 holes on a 16 × 16 mm pattern (opposite holes 16 mm apart), and a 5 mm shaft. (GEPRC details image)

Bench data

Redrawn from GEPRC’s test reports. Thrust is static pull on a bench, more than you get in flight. Power is volts × amps; efficiency is thrust divided by power.

Inside the motor

A brushless outrunner: the coils stand still in the middle and the magnets spin around them. From the top down:

How fast it spins

KV is the motor’s no-load speed per volt. With nothing on the shaft, the 1700KV version reaches about these speeds; a prop loads the motor and brings it down, typically to around 70–75% of these figures at full throttle.

BatteryVoltsNo-load rpm (KV × V)Electrical frequencyESC steps per second
4S nominal14.825,1602,935 Hz17,612
4S full16.828,5603,332 Hz19,992
6S nominal22.237,7404,403 Hz26,418
6S full25.242,8404,998 Hz29,988

A 14-pole rotor has 7 pole pairs, so every turn of the shaft is 7 electrical cycles, and a six-step ESC switches the phases 42 times per turn.

About the 3D model

A generic outrunner drawn from GEPRC’s published sizes: the 22 × 7.5 mm stator, 27.7 mm bell, 18.25 mm height, 5 mm shaft and 16 mm mounting circle. Anything GEPRC doesn’t publish is typical for a motor this size, and the bell’s spoked top, the base and the inside are a generic design, not this motor’s. The colours are read off the maker’s product photos. There are no logos or markings: it is our drawing, not the maker’s.
