5-inch FPV freestyle motor
Flywoo ROBO RB 2207 SE
A 32 g 2207 for 5-inch quads; on Flywoo's bench the 1750KV pulls 1,655 g on a Gemfan 6045 at 24 V, and the 2450KV 1,462 g on an HQ 5.1 × 3.1 three-blade at 16 V.
- 5-inch quads
- 2S–6S; Flywoo tested the 1750KV at 24 V and the 2450KV at 16 V
- 5-inch props and the Gemfan 6045
The spin is an illustration: the model turns at 1/600 of the no-load speed, and it is a generic 2207 motor drawn from Flywoo’s published sizes, not its exact design. Thrust, current and power are Flywoo’s bench figures for the GF6045*2 prop at 24 V, read straight across between its throttle steps. Its data starts at 50% throttle.
- Max thrust
- 1,655 g
- GF6045*2 prop, 24 V
- Weight
- 32 g
- with 3 cm of wire, as Flywoo gives it, though it lists the leads as 160 mm
- Peak current
- 21.0 A
- full throttle
- Max power
- 504 W
- full throttle

What it pulls
Flywoo’s own bench test, one line per prop. Drag across the chart to move the throttle; the model above follows.
At 60% with the GF6045*2: 893 g of thrust, 8.1 A, 195 W, 5.44 g per watt.
On your quad
10.2 : 1
Thrust to weight at full throttle: four motors pull 6,620 g with the GF6045*2 at 24 V.
At 60% throttle they pull 3,574 g, 5.5 times the quad’s weight.
All-up weight is the quad ready to fly, with its battery and camera. The thrust is the maker’s static bench figure; in the air it is lower.
What you get

Bench data
Redrawn from Flywoo’s test reports. Thrust is static pull on a bench, more than you get in flight. Power is volts × amps; efficiency is thrust divided by power.

Inside the motor
A brushless outrunner: the coils stand still in the middle and the magnets spin around them. From the top down:
- Shaft. M5 thread. (Flywoo product page)
- Leads. 160 mm. (Flywoo product page)
How fast it spins
KV is the motor’s no-load speed per volt. With nothing on the shaft, the 1750KV version reaches about these speeds; a prop loads the motor and brings it down, typically to around 70–75% of these figures at full throttle.
| Battery | Volts | No-load rpm (KV × V) | Electrical frequency | ESC steps per second |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4S nominal | 14.8 | 25,900 | 3,022 Hz | 18,130 |
| 4S full | 16.8 | 29,400 | 3,430 Hz | 20,580 |
| 6S nominal | 22.2 | 38,850 | 4,533 Hz | 27,195 |
| 6S full | 25.2 | 44,100 | 5,145 Hz | 30,870 |
A 14-pole rotor has 7 pole pairs, so every turn of the shaft is 7 electrical cycles, and a six-step ESC switches the phases 42 times per turn.
About the 3D model
A generic outrunner drawn from Flywoo’s published sizes: the 22 × 7 mm stator, 5 mm shaft and 16 mm mounting circle. Anything Flywoo doesn’t publish is typical for a motor this size, and the bell’s spoked top, the base and the inside are a generic design, not this motor’s. The colours are read off the maker’s product photos. There are no logos or markings: it is our drawing, not the maker’s.
