1S tiny whoop motor
BetaFPV 0802SE
A 1.8 g brass-bushing 0802 for 65–75 mm 1S whoops such as BetaFPV's Meteor65 Pro; on BetaFPV's 4 V bench the 23000KV reaches 35.3 g at 4.0 A and the 19500KV 33.5 g at 3.7 A, both on a Gemfan 40 mm two-blade.
- 65–75 mm 1S whoops such as the Meteor65 Pro and Meteor75
- 1S
- 31–40 mm props on a 1 mm shaft
The spin is an illustration: the model turns at 1/600 of the no-load speed, and it is a generic 0802 motor drawn from BetaFPV’s published sizes, not its exact design. No-load speed is KV × 3.7 V, a nominal pack for this version. BetaFPV’s bench tables for it step by thrust rather than throttle, so they are in the bench data below, not on this readout.
- Weight
- 1.83 g
- 19500KV; 1.80 g for the 23000KV

Two tunes
BetaFPV says the 19500KV is the more efficient, at 4.5 minutes on its Meteor65 Pro, while the 23000KV gives more punch for indoor racing, at 4 minutes.

35.3 g at 4 A
On BetaFPV's 4 V bench the 23000KV reaches 35.3 g at 4.0 A on a Gemfan 40 mm two-blade; the 19500KV reaches 33.5 g at 3.7 A.

Repairable leads
The leads are soldered to a small board on the motor, which BetaFPV says makes repairs easier.

What to pair it with
Our reading of BetaFPV’s numbers, so your build matches what the motor was tested with.
- ESC
- BetaFPV pairs both KVs with its F4 1S 5A brushless flight controller. On its 4 V bench a motor draws up to 3.7 A (19500KV) or 4.0 A (23000KV). (BetaFPV product page, BetaFPV drawing and bench tables)
- Props
- 31 mm three- or four-blade, 35 mm three-blade or 40 mm two-blade props on a 1 mm shaft; BetaFPV's bench uses Gemfan 31 mm (1219) and 35 mm three-blades and a 40 mm (1610) two-blade. (BetaFPV product page, BetaFPV drawing and bench tables)
- Battery
- 1S. (BetaFPV product page)
- Frame
- Three M1.4 screws on a 6.6 mm circle; BetaFPV names its Meteor65, Meteor65 Pro and Meteor75 frames. M1.4×3 screws come in the box. (BetaFPV product page, BetaFPV drawing and bench tables)

Bench data
Redrawn from BetaFPV’s test reports. Thrust is static pull on a bench, more than you get in flight. Power is volts × amps; efficiency is thrust divided by power.

Inside the motor
A brushless outrunner: the coils stand still in the middle and the magnets spin around them. From the top down:
- Bell. Polished silver with an ice-blue top and base on the 2022 version and the 23000KV; the earlier 19500KV is black. (BetaFPV product page, BetaFPV product photo, BetaFPV photo of the earlier version)
- Bearings. Brass bushings. (BetaFPV product page)
- Shaft. 1 mm, standing 5 mm above the bell. (BetaFPV product page, BetaFPV drawing and bench tables)
- Base. Three M1.4 holes evenly spaced on a 6.6 mm circle. (BetaFPV drawing and bench tables)
- Leads. Three 30 AWG wires, 35 mm long, soldered to a small board on the motor and ending in a JST 1.25 mm three-pin plug. (BetaFPV product page, BetaFPV drawing and bench tables)
How fast it spins
KV is the motor’s no-load speed per volt. With nothing on the shaft, the 19500KV version reaches about these speeds; a prop loads the motor and brings it down, typically to around 70–75% of these figures at full throttle.
| Battery | Volts | No-load rpm (KV × V) | Electrical frequency | ESC steps per second |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 4S nominal | 14.8 | 288,600 | 28,860 Hz | 173,160 |
| 4S full | 16.8 | 327,600 | 32,760 Hz | 196,560 |
| 6S nominal | 22.2 | 432,900 | 43,290 Hz | 259,740 |
| 6S full | 25.2 | 491,400 | 49,140 Hz | 294,840 |
A 12-pole rotor has 6 pole pairs, so every turn of the shaft is 6 electrical cycles, and a six-step ESC switches the phases 36 times per turn.
About the 3D model
A generic outrunner drawn from BetaFPV’s published sizes: the 8 × 2 mm stator, 10.5 mm bell, 8.8 mm height, 1 mm shaft and 6.6 mm mounting circle. Anything BetaFPV doesn’t publish is typical for a motor this size, and the bell’s spoked top, the base and the inside are a generic design, not this motor’s. The colours are read off the maker’s product photos. There are no logos or markings: it is our drawing, not the maker’s.
